You can find every type of movement in these sessions that the CrossFit phylosophy calls for. We do strength training with powerlifting, weightlifting, kettlebell and bodyweight movements in every session. This is followed by those intense and varied exercises that need muscular endurance and made CrossFit known. This type of class is the foundation of our box, every other accessory classes serve our athletes to perform better in these sessions.
