Besides weightlifting, a lot of gymnastic movements became foundational movements of CrossFit. Besides the adopted movements from gymnastics, a couple of unique movements evolved is CrossFit, that require a lot of effort to master. We give you a chance for this in these classes. We try to prove that what separates the seemingly impossible movements from a CrossFitter are usually just some creative accessory movements. If you have mastered the appropriate techniques, you can try movements that rarely come up in an ordinary CrossFit class.
