The emphasis in CrossFit clearly shifted towards olympic weightlifting in the past years, so we can hardly speak about CrossFit without the mastery of weightlifting movements. However, learning the weightlifting movements can be a great challenge even if you deal with only this sport. That is why we ensure you accessory trainings to practice only weightlifting. During these sessions we do such accessory work, to perfect the snatch and the clean and jerk, that you don’t have the opportunity in an ordinary CrossFit class.
