WOD Prep

A really intense training where you can feel like you are at a competition. We recommend this class to the advenced athletes, but everybody is welcomed you would like to get the feeling of a competition. You complete 1-2 workouts, but first we discuss how to prepare and execute for the best result you can possibly get. Our goal is that you can use this kind of knowledge in our other classes or even at a competition.
