My goal is simple: to help restore clean, sound movement patterns on which a foundation of quality movement can be built. We start at the basics with beginners and advanced athletes alike, to ensure that no tiny compensation escapes our attention. My belief is that we all benefit from taking a step back and look for underlying causes for the possible faults in our patterns. Since each of us are different, we all require unique strategies to help us enhance our performance, rehabilitate or prevent injuries, or simply get back to moving well.
