Sport has been a determinant part of my life since when I was a kid. At the age of 9 I started my nine-pin bowling carrier and I competed in it in almost 18 years. Furthermore, of this 18 year I played 11 years on National level. From 2010 till 2013 I studied Physical Training at the University of Szeged, Juhasz Gyula Faculty of Education.
This was the place where I heard about CrossFit at the first time. When I moved back to Budapest, I learned about the basics of CrossFit, where Zsolt Soti was the one of the head coaches. Since then, I have been continuously developing my theoretical and practical knowledge. What is the best thing for me in CrossFit?
It combines several sports, so there aren’t two identical workout programs exist. However, in every case it can be adjusted to the individual’s current ability and fitness level. In addition of the daily workouts, the most important thing to me is the regular and accurate execution of the exercises.
