Core-training

Core training: Voluntary core activation can seriously damage the stability of the spine. Our goal is not a checkered belly, but the prevention and treatment of injuries. In these core classes, we take exercises that restore reflex core muscle activity. If it is, injuries can be prevented. Breathing exercises, body awareness development, fascia training, mobilization, dynamic stabilization exercises make up the material of the class.
