I’ve started Crossfit for 3 years, firstly I did only Crosstrainings, but it was love at first sight. I’ve known that this sport is going to be part of my life. I’ve been studying Nutrition at Semmelweis University.
I think a balanced diet is the key to achieve goals in sport life, or just in everyday life. Everything starts in your head. This is my theorem for my trainings too.
