HYROX is a functional training methodology that draws many elements from CrossFit, while excluding the most technically complex exercises and placing less emphasis on maximal strength development. The workouts focus primarily on endurance, work capacity, and functional movement.<\/p>

HYROX group classes start with a joint warm-up, followed by a longer main workout session designed primarily to build endurance. Throughout the class, we place strong emphasis on mastering the exercises featured in HYROX competitions efficiently, safely, and with proper technique.<\/p>
