About

I was 7 years old when I decided that sport would always be a part of my life. I started as a long distance runner, but I also did my bit in other disciplines of athletics.

For a few years I was a competitive dragon boat racer. I have been on the podium three times at the European Championships and have won several Hungarian championships.

CrossFit came to my attention after that. What I liked most about it was that I could always find the motivation, because no two days are alike. Weightlifting, gymnastics and rehabilitation are closest to me.

I think it's important to have a solid foundation to build on later, whether it's bodyweight exercises or even weightlifting.

I believe that there is no injury from which you cannot return to healthy movement. It is just a matter of dedication and patience.
