Aromatherapy massage
A relaxing, stress-relieving, full-body massage that strengthens and tightens the skin, helping to maintain its condition and elasticity.
The natural effects of essential oils used externally in aromatherapy are manifested in three ways:
- they are absorbed through the skin and then enter the body directly through the bloodstream,
- they can either have a calming effect on the body as a whole or a stimulating, invigorating effect,
- when inhaled, they trigger a psychological or emotional response.
Swedish massage
The most common type of Western massage. Its original form combines massage and body exercises. Swedish massage uses stroking, rubbing, vibrating, percussive and kneading movements to invigorate the body.
Its physical and neurohormonal effects promote the healing of possible illnesses. It reduces pain (e.g. stress headaches), speeds up recovery from injury, prevents atrophy of unused muscles, relieves insomnia, increases alertness, but above all promotes relaxation and reduces the effects of stress.
Therapeutic massage
The therapeutic masseur uses some of the basic Swedish massage techniques and their extended distances to heal the body. During the massage, blood and lymph circulation is increased, and the musculature's performance is enhanced. Tensions, adhesions and scarring in the subcutaneous connective tissue layer are eliminated, thus improving the physical stress on the body. Unilateral static disorders can be corrected.
Sports massage
It can be used by anyone to increase mobility, loosen muscles, relieve muscle swelling, relieve pain and rehabilitate after injury recovery, to restore full range of motion. It enhances performance and has a calming effect. Pre-exercise massage keeps muscles in top form, reduces stiffness and increases flexibility. After exercise, it relieves muscle tension and spares the athlete from muscle fatigue by removing lactic acid.
Deep Tissue Massage
A special massage to relieve chronic muscle tension by applying deep pressure to the flattened zones to release muscle tension. It focuses above all on the muscular zones of the back, shoulders and buttocks. It is recommended for people engaged in strenuous physical activity, sportsmen and sportswomen, for persistent muscular pain, circulatory and metabolic disorders and as a preventive measure. It restores the body's balance.
Trigger point massage
Trigger point massage is recommended for the elimination of chronic, recurring pain, muscle aches caused by exercise, strenuous physical exertion, stress, loss of muscle strength, restriction of movement, radiating pains. Treatment often results in immediate relief of pain.
