Take part in our sessions led by CrossFit B’Bros expert trainers, where we delve deeper into specific areas – whether it's technical fine-tuning, mobilization, or performance enhancement. We limit the number of participants in each case so that our trainers can give you their full attention and you can achieve real progress during the 2-3 hour intensive courses.

Hip mobilization and core stabilization workshop

We recommend this to anyone who wants to better understand how their body works and build a stable foundation for long-term, injury-free exercise.
Handstand workshop
Step out of the safety of the wall and become conscious of every second of your handstand in this advanced workshop, where we help you stabilize your balance and improve your handwalking with personalized movement analysis and error correction. We recommend this workshop primarily for athletes who already practice inverted elements but want to overcome their uncertainty and take their pushing power to the next level.
