About
I met and started CrossFit in 2011 with my flatmates in the yard of the then Zrínyi Miklós National Defence University. The following year I decided to get a coach and met my first coaches, Attila Dudics and Réka Bajzáth, at Fusion Gym in Szolnok.
After university, I moved to Budapest and trained for about a year in another CrossFit gym in Budapest, then continued at CrossFit B'Bros, where after six months of assistant coaching, I am now a full-time coach.

Class types
CrossFit Training
In our CrossFit group classes, we develop strength, endurance, flexibility and more physical skills that you can use in everyday life.
CrossFit Strength
CrossFit Strength classes are designed to increase strength and muscle mass with exercises that are not available in our CrossFit classes, in addition to the traditional ones.
CrossFit Conditioning
CrossFit Conditioning workouts are designed to improve endurance using exercises and equipment found in CrossFit.

Aerob Capacity classes are the perfect way to improve your fitness regardless of your fitness level.
