About
I'm Laura Frank, CrossFit competitor, coach and nutritionist.
I started my athletic career horse riding at the age of 4. I competed as a show jumper until 2018, when I was introduced to CrossFit. Since then, I have been training for my competitions at the CrossFit B'Bros gyms, giving group and personal training sessions and counselling.
In my training sessions, I work with each of my clients in a goal-oriented way, focusing primarily on mastering the right movement patterns. My goal is to help everyone find an area of interest, need and enjoyment, whether it's gymnastics, weightlifting, real CrossFit WODs, a good overall strengthening workout, or even pre- and rehab.
