About

I was born in 1984 in Nagykanizsa. I have been playing sports actively since I was 5 years old. I always knew that I would like to dedicate my life to sports and movement. After graduating from the University of Physical Education, I got into the world of fitness, where I was introduced to many things, including CrossFit.

I am currently still active in this sport. It is important for me to keep up my training in order to provide my clients the excellent professional background they need to develop.

My training sessions are full of small successes and failures that strengthen the body and the mind step by step.

A combination of the most popular CrossFit bodyweight exercises with elements from traditional aerobics, you'll develop not only upper body strength and endurance, but also coordination, balance and mobility.

Mobility

B'Bros 1B'Bros 2

Mobility classes aim to improve joint mobility and flexibility by developing active range of motion.
