I discovered the world of CrossFit in 2014 and it has since become my passion. Initially it was a supplementary training to martial arts, but I loved it so much that it became my primary sport. In 2016 I started coaching alongside university and have been doing it with all my heart and commitment ever since.

I have gained a lot of experience in training over the years and I enjoy helping others to find a healthier lifestyle, learn a specific exercise and achieve their goals.
