About
I discovered the world of CrossFit in 2014 and it has since become my passion. Initially it was a supplementary training to martial arts, but I loved it so much that it became my primary sport. In 2016 I started coaching alongside university and have been doing it with all my heart and commitment ever since.
I have gained a lot of experience in training over the years and I enjoy helping others to find a healthier lifestyle, learn a specific exercise and achieve their goals.

CrossFit Conditioning workouts are designed to improve endurance using exercises and equipment found in CrossFit.

An advanced class for those who have already mastered the basics of weightlifting exercises and want to learn the most technical weightlifting holds.
