About
Professional manager of CrossFit B'Bros.
I was initially involved with CrossFit in 2008 and tried to incorporate it into my supplemental training alongside American football. CrossFit influenced me to take up powerlifting and later, when I started university, Olympic weightlifting for the University of Technology. Besides weightlifting, I was also very interested in gymnastics and had the opportunity to learn a lot of useful things about this sport at Honvéd and later at Fradi.
In 2013 I started working as a full-time coach in Hungary's first official CrossFit gym.
I have been the professional manager of CrossFit B'Bros since its opening in 2015 and since then I have had the opportunity to build an enthusiastic and professionally well-prepared, credible team of former coaching colleagues and long-standing, renowned competitors of CrossFit in Hungary. With our ever-expanding team, we want to provide the best possible conditions for everyone to learn the principles of CrossFit and through this, help them to lead a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Continuous improvement is very important for our professional staff and for my own work. For this reason, I was the first person in Hungary to pass the CrossFit Level 3 exam in 2019. In addition to B'Bros, I am also an instructor of CrossFit Gymnastics, an international training course. And while working as a coach, I have a Master's degree in Psychology from ELTE, where I studied Developmental and Clinical Child Psychology.
