About

Ever since I was a kid, I was attracted to sports that really test your stamina and willpower. For many years I did boxing, Thai boxing and canoeing. I always enjoyed the strength training that was an integral part of these sports. So I immediately fell in love with CrossFit, which I started in 2016.

In 2017 I started training at CrossFit B'Bros and soon after I was regularly competing in national competitions. Since 2022 I have managed to achieve podium finishes in several international competitions. But apart from competing, I have always been motivated by belonging to a community and my own progress, as well as the achievements of my fellow coaches. Over the years I have seen how much sport can give people. That's why I decided to further my education and also help members of our community develop as a coach.

In my personal and group classes, I want to bring as much joy as possible to my coaches by helping them achieve their goals.
