"Free your body."

I am one of the lucky ones who can do what they love and what they are interested in. I have been coaching for over 10 years. I've been playing sports since I was a kid and exercise has always been an essential part of my life. I admire the human body and try to understand it as much as possible.

In recent years I have turned to movement therapy, prehab-rehab. As a sports rehabilitation trainer, I work not only to help people recover from injuries faster, but also to help them get back into balance: to stop side strain, to get rid of musculoskeletal complaints, to use their body with ease-freedom.

Not only have I fallen in love with biomechanics, but I am also becoming more and more interested in neuroplasticity. I also use the method of neuro-movement correction with my guests, which is very effective in identifying/eliminating the cause of pain, adjusting muscle tone.
