About

I am proud to say that I am a true B'Bros child. A few months after opening in January 2015, I was already a member of the community. From there, the path led to racing and then to becoming a coach.

My passion is sport. I've done many forms of exercise (soccer, tennis, kick-boxing, aikido, kung-fu, ice hockey, cross country cycling) but I couldn't commit to any of them in the long term.

I was immediately drawn to the world of CrossFit. It's extremely varied and there's always something new to learn. It doesn't focus on perfecting one form of movement, instead it aims to master a wide range of movement forms and achieve a balanced fitness. Every day is a new workout, with different exercises, different repetition numbers, different weights, different durations. You'll never get bored!

It's also one of the rare sports where we even support and encourage our competitors, it's inclusive and has an extraordinary community-building power. Part of it is healthy competition, which makes it fun and ultimately everyone wins!

I represent all of the above and want to get as many people involved as possible so that more and more of us can enjoy it.

I went to my first class wearing football boots and never had a kettlebell in my hands, nothing to say about muscle ups or scissor pushes. Today I help others learn how to do these. So there's a good chance I've gone through the stage you're at and can help you progress.

CrossFit works for everyone, regardless of age, ability or goal. Whether you're an elite athlete or a complete beginner, young or old, or anywhere in between, it's sure to help you improve your quality of life, enhance your performance, develop your mental strength and overcome everyday challenges, whether physical, mental or spiritual. For me, one of the first results was the complete elimination of my back pain.

I believe in small daily victories, small improvements motivate me, progress makes the journey enjoyable. Finally, achieving goals is just icing on the cake.
