Beginner’s Class

Our beginners class is the first step to become a CrossFitter. The beginners program consists of 8 sessions in which we teach you the basic movements that are necessary to join in the CrossFit classes. In these training sessions the emphasis is on learning and practicing new movements, so anyone can start the program. But you can find challenges in these sessions too, no matter how well-conditioned you are.
