About
I first discovered CrossFit 7 years ago, having played basketball for 12 years before that. I have been coaching and competing internationally for 5 years. I graduated from the University of Physical Education, majoring in Human Kinesiology.
Through personal training, I want to help people make changes in their lives so they can live a healthy and quality life. To get fit, to have no problem putting on a suitcase on a plane or lifting grandchildren, to feel good about themselves. To be fresh, mobile, full of life students, mums and dads.
