I'm József Vida-Szücs, functional personal trainer at CrossFit B'Bros. I also hold regular group CrossFit classes where we can work together towards common goals.
I have a passion for exercise, CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting, in which I am constantly perfecting myself by competing. My goal is to inspire and help people who are making lifestyle changes to achieve their best shape.
I am young and energetic, full of energy and enthusiasm. I work with each client in my training sessions with endless patience and attention, as each person has unique needs and goals.
I believe it is important to stay up to date with the latest fitness and nutrition trends. I am constantly educating myself, believing that increasing knowledge and skills is key to my work as a personal trainer.
Building relationships with people is essential for me. I find common ground with all ages, all levels and all personality types.

Class types
CrossFit Training
In our CrossFit group classes, we develop strength, endurance, flexibility and more physical skills that you can use in everyday life.
CrossFit Strength
CrossFit Strength classes are designed to increase strength and muscle mass with exercises that are not available in our CrossFit classes, in addition to the traditional ones.
Mobility
Mobility classes aim to improve joint mobility and flexibility by developing active range of motion.
