Too much energy for your child? We welcome all kids between 4 and 12 years old on Saturdays from 11:30am at our official CrossFit gym in District XIII of Budapest. The CrossFit workout for kids is a fun, playful way to introduce the younger ones to the joy of sport, and while our coach Joci Vida-Szücs gets the kids moving, you can have a relaxed hour of exercise. Sounds good, right?
