Aerobic Capacity
Similar to the Conditioning classes, the goal of these training sessions is to develop basic endurance. However, in addition to long endurance tasks, there are also short, intense, interval-type training sessions. Both aerobic and sprint training are performed on cardio machines frequently used in CrossFit in these classes: concept 2 rower, bikeerg, skierg and rogue echo bike. In the aerobic capacity classes, you can meet all equipment, while in the rowing classes only the most technical machine, the oar, is used.
