Aerob Capacity

As the name suggests, Aerobic Capacity classes focus on building endurance using cardio machines commonly used in CrossFit, such as the concept2 rowing machine, the bike and the ski. Exercises on these machines can be complemented by simpler bodyweight exercises such as burpees and squats, or running and jumping rope. So you won't encounter technically complex exercises in this class type, but Aerob Capacity workouts are the perfect way to improve your endurance regardless of your fitness level.

You can join our Aerob Capacity classes at two locations in Budapest. Both boxes are official CrossFit gyms with modern equipment, professional expert support and a friendly atmosphere.

Our CrossFit classes start with a joint warm-up, followed by weight lifting. Then the daily WOD (workout of the day), which we finish with a joint stretch.

The CrossFit class always starts with a joint warm-up, followed by weightlifting, then the daily WOD, and then stretching. The CrossFit Conditioning class also has a common warm-up and stretching, but there is no weightlifting session, but the class is based on a longer, high intensity WOD with your body weight.

Yes, because we can scale all exercises, but in this case please make sure you let our coach know before the class that you are at beginner level. As a beginner, you should choose the less popular times, or consider our beginner CrossFit courses, which offer a 12-session programme to teach you the basics of safe CrossFit training.

If you prefer to train alone, this option is for you, as we offer the opportunity to workout alone in both of our official CrossFit gyms from morning to 5pm on weekdays and in the mornings on weekends. The easiest way to register for a personal training session is to fill in the form on this link. Here you can specify which of our gyms would suit you, at what time and how often you would like to attend a personal training session.Our professional manager will then help you find the perfect personal trainer and we will contact you using one of the contact details provided.

Unfortunately not, in fact we specifically ask that you do not throw weights in our gyms for the peace of mind of the residents in the area.

Of course, you can take a shower in our gyms after your workout. If you forgot to bring a towel, you can buy one at reception.

The language of the classes is Hungarian, but all our coaches speak English and translate for foreign speakers, so you are welcome to join us even if you don't speak Hungarian.
