About

Sports have played an important role in my life since I was very young. I was 3 years old when I started Acrobatic Rock and Roll, which I loved so much that I competed in it for 15 years, even at the national team level. After that (in 2020), I discovered CrossFit, which remains an active part of my athletic life to this day.

At its core, CrossFit utilizes a range of functional movements in as varied a manner as possible. Olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, and, last but not least, endurance exercises all play an equally important role. It’s full of challenges, which I personally love, since you can only truly improve if you constantly push yourself to your limits.

In my classes, I always strive to create a friendly, supportive, and consistent environment where participants feel comfortable, while also ensuring they continue to improve, no matter what level they’re at.
