Péter Kavasánszki
About
I started playing sports regularly when I was in high school and started playing American football for the Miskolc Steelers. I immediately liked the organisation and preparation that characterised this overseas sport, and as a result I started strength training to improve my physical performance.
At university I studied Physical Education and Biology, where I had the opportunity to learn several basic sports including swimming, athletics and gymnastics. I later used the skills I learned there successfully in national street workout competitions.
In 2015, I started working as a trainer at the Underground Functional Training Centre in Nyíregyháza, where I was appointed as the professional manager after 4 years. I was also a core member of the strength training staff of the city basketball and American football team.
In the same year, I participated in my first national amateur CrossFit competition at the CrossMayDay in Székesfehérvár, which defined my dedication to the sport. CrossFit led me to take up hardstyle kettlebell training and later Olympic weightlifting at the Nyíregyháza Vasutas Sport Club, where I competed successfully for several years.
In September 2020, I joined the CrossFit B'Bros professional staff, which I am still very proud of and strive to be as useful a member of the team as possible. I strive to lead my workouts with the utmost precision, with a strong emphasis on proper movement preparation, mobility development, and the most thorough instruction of various movement patterns. I also strive to create a friendly atmosphere with all my coaches, so that I can pass on the experience that this sport and community means to me.

CrossFit Training
In our CrossFit group classes, we develop strength, endurance, flexibility and more physical skills that you can use in everyday life.
CrossFit Strength
CrossFit Strength classes are designed to increase strength and muscle mass with exercises that are not available in our CrossFit classes, in addition to the traditional ones.
Gymnastics
A combination of the most popular CrossFit bodyweight exercises with elements from traditional aerobics, you'll develop not only upper body strength and endurance, but also coordination, balance and mobility.
Let’s WOD
For more experienced participants, this is the recommended lesson type, which involves a series of more difficult, advanced exercises.
