I'm Martin Kócsó, I hold group classes at CrossFit B'Bros 1.
I was introduced to the CrossFit training structure and approach in 2015. At that time, as an actively competing, full-contact martial artist, I was looking for a supplemental form of exercise to my workouts that could effectively and universally support my strength and endurance. A form of movement that could help me to use my body more efficiently in competitions, to be stronger and faster.
As well as being the best way to do this, CrossFit has given me much more: I have found that it has made me healthier and fitter in my everyday life, and has improved my overall quality of life.
And that's what I want to pass on to the people who participate in my training sessions: I want my clients' quality of life to improve across the board, regardless of age, gender or fitness level.
I believe that the form of exercise and the approach we take in the gym has the potential to make a positive difference in the overall health of all our guests, whether they are competitive athletes or complete beginners.
