About

I was launched into CrossFit in 2017, during my university years. Before that, I was mostly active in the world of bodyweight training, so I was able to reach a higher level of fitness. My coaching colleagues and I formed a Street Workout team, and over the years we participated in a number of individual and team competitions where we excelled.

I worked as a coach in gymnastics for 3 years and had the opportunity to learn from experienced coaches how they develop and work with the younger age group. I studied Physical Education and Geography at the University of Nyíregyháza, where I had the opportunity to try out many different sports.

I also worked as a lifeguard for 8 years and participated in two 24-hour swims, so this sport is also close to my heart.

In my training I have always focused on people and my students. I strive to pass on as easily as possible the knowledge I have acquired on the way out.

My area of expertise is in bodyweight exercises and movements.
