In my mind, there is more movement and development than training. Together, this gives the development/improvement of the movement, but still perhaps radiates a more human and friendly approach.
Strength, flexibility, balance, explosiveness, endurance, concentration and coordination.
In my experience so far, these are the aspects worth following. Thus, in the course of my work, I keep these points in mind, making sure that the amount of movement/exercise does not come at the expense of development.
Our movement defines our life. It makes it easier or harder. So, in my opinion, it is a good investment to deal with.
Move Freely.
Strength and health!
