About
Sports have been one of the most defining parts of my life since childhood. I started doing gymnastics when I was six years old and competed for eight years. Gymnastics not only gave me a solid physical foundation, but also taught me discipline and perseverance, and instilled in me a desire for continuous improvement.
I’ve always been drawn to challenges and pushing my limits, so after finishing my gymnastics career, I looked for a sport that offered all of that. In 2020, in Nyíregyháza, I was introduced to CrossFit for the first time at a workout led by Péter Kavasánszki, and I knew right after that first session that this was the path for me.
I began my studies at the University of Physical Education in 2023, and that’s when I joined CrossFit B’Bros. From the very beginning, Zsolt Sóti served as my mentor, and I also learned a great deal from the other coaches at the gym. I now apply the professional knowledge and approach I gained there in my work as a coach.
I have competed in several national and international competitions, and I have serious goals in this field for the future. As a coach, my goal is to pass on my passion and motivation for the sport, and to help everyone achieve their own goals with confidence, awareness, and continuous improvement.
