I was first introduced to CrossFit more than 12 years ago. Over the past 9 years, I have been working as a coach while actively competing during this period on both national and international stages.
My athletic background started even earlier: 12 years of basketball, including 3 years in the Hungarian second division, which strongly shaped my perspective on performance and hard work. Team sports taught me humility, collaboration, and how to work and fight for something bigger than myself.
The foundation of my coaching philosophy is long-term sustainable performance.
My goal is not simply to make people tired during a workout, but to help them build lasting progress on stable foundations - whether that means better movement quality, greater strength, endurance, skill development, or sport-specific performance.
I believe in intentional training, quality movement, and the idea that real progress is not built on short-term motivation, but on consistent work over time.
