I come from a profession that involved repetitive, one-sided physical strain. I later transitioned into the world of movement, first as a group fitness instructor and then as a personal trainer. A personal injury completely changed my path: it led me to explore the deeper causes of musculoskeletal pain. Since then, I have completed more than 20 professional training courses to specialize in pain therapy as well as preventive and corrective movement strategies.

  • As Head of the Personal Trainer Division at the Fitness Academy, I educate and mentor the next generation of fitness professionals. Previously, I led the professional team at Pont Neked Personal Training.

  • I currently work with youth athletes at the UTE Football Academy, where I focus on injury prevention and supporting healthy athletic development through targeted movement programs.

  • I am also the co-founder of the Zen Zone Movement Studio in Gödöllő, created to make safe, preventive exercise accessible - especially for mothers.

Through a combination of manual therapy techniques and targeted movement rehabilitation, I develop long-term solutions that help clients achieve a stable, resilient, and pain-free physical condition.
