About
I was born in Tatabánya in 1990. I competed in track and field—specifically sprinting—from elementary school through my freshman year of college. I spent my college years in Gödöllő, where I graduated with a degree in mechanical engineering; it was there that I started playing rugby, which I eventually played at a high level. That’s also when I was introduced to CrossFit, which, alongside rugby, became part of my strength training regimen.
In 2019, I signed up for my first CrossFit class at B’Bros 2, quickly got hooked, and after a while, I realized I wanted to expand my knowledge in this field and pass it on to others. After completing several adult fitness trainer certifications, I was given more and more opportunities to coach at B’Bros, and starting in 2025, you’ll be able to see me regularly teaching CrossFit and CrossFit Conditioning classes.
In addition, I work as a personal trainer at B’Bros, where I not only incorporate classic CrossFit elements into the program but also tailor them to each individual’s specific needs. For me, it’s important to improve performance and step outside the comfort zone, but above all, the most important aspect of my work is ensuring healthy movement and well-being, as well as sharing the joy of exercise with my clients.
