About

As an adult, I discovered CrossFit while working an office job. After sitting at a desk for eight hours, it felt great to get moving in a guided workout with a group. After a year or two, with 2–3 workouts a week, I reached a point where I realized I needed additional classes to continue improving, so I started attending B’bros 2.

This sport improves quality of life regardless of gender or age, and the supportive community and varied workout program ensure ongoing motivation.

In my group classes, I strive to pass on the experience and knowledge I’ve gained over the years. Feel free to reach out for personal training sessions as well if you’d like to master proper technique and break out of the daily grind.

I know what it’s like to start moving after 8 hours of sitting at a desk, but I believe it’s possible to find a balance between work and exercise.
