CrossFit Conditioning

 

The goal of this class is to develop core endurance, which is just as important in CrossFit as proper mastery of gymnastics or weightlifting exercises. Adapted to CrossFit, we achieve this by alternating the corresponding full-body, complex exercises. Of course, you should expect long sets of tasks over 20-30 minutes, which will be greatly helped by the motivating power of the group.

It is important that these trainings are not only recommended for our advanced athletes. Higher technical level exercises (weight lifting exercises, advanced gymnastic elements) do not occur in these conditioning sessions, so even our beginner athletes can safely attend these classes and improve in long endurance tasks.

For our athletes with minor injuries, it can also be a good additional training, where, in consultation with the coach, they can easily join even if they could only do a limited amount of the normal CrossFit class.
