Most movents used in CrossFit, can’t be aquired without proper flexibility and mobility. That’s why we dedicate these classes to the appropriate streching and agitator movements. We cover those SMR techniques every time that are going to be useful in the later stretching and mobilizing. Next, we do some movements that we don’t have time for during the warmup or stretching of an ordinary CrossFit class. We recommend these sessions to everybody who takes health and improvement in this sport seriously.
